1. BB Soccer Holiday Camps delivered by BB Soccer Academy criteria of individual courses. 2. This offer is strictly subject to availability. 3. The booking customers must be aged 18 or over. 4. The coaching sessions are only available to children aged between 3 and 12 years unless otherwise stated. It is the Customer’s responsibility to allow enough time to book their session in order to meet this deadline. Coaching sessions which must be booked in advance – the promotion code may only be used on this specified course (s) as advertised in the course description and must be quoted when booking. 7. If a booking is cancelled it cannot be re-scheduled. 8. BB Soccer standard conditions apply to participation in coaching sessions and Customers must check for a full list of venues, information and further terms and conditions applying to booking for and participating in coaching sessions.

Definition

​Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Event or Class organised and operated through any member of the BB Soccer.

Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it.

Bookings

Terms and Conditions for booking a place for your child on any BB Soccer

​BB Soccer offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by BB Soccer you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions which are explained below. Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on a class. For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY activity to those who book in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity. Before booking please ensure your child can attend the class and meets the conditions for such activity as listed on our website. All bookings and flexi-bookings are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mail to us) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the booking pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Outside of this fourteen (14) day period all bookings confirmed by us are final and non-refundable unless you have paid for flexi-bookings with us at the time of booking which allows you to change or cancel a booking via e-mail.

Payment

​For any child who is below the age of 16 written consent is required from a parent or legal guardian to be provided to BB Soccer in advance of the commencement of the activity.

Film/Photography

​BB Soccer may from time to time take photographs/film of any BB soccer session. The use of these is solely for promoting and publicising Premier activities through relevant literature, website, press and TV.Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make BB Soccer aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the activity starts (where possible BB Soccer will inform parents/guardians at the start of an activity when filming is planned). BB Soccer will hold all personal data in accordance with its Data Protection Policy.

Personal Property

BB Soccer cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a BB Soccer activity. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children. No electronic tablets, mobile phones or recording devices are permitted to be used during attendance of the event.

Health & Safety

​A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. BB Soccer coaches hold a current Emergency Aid Certificate issued by an appropriate body. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are providing consent for BB Soccer coaches to administer all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time. For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on a BB soccer session which involves football, hockey or other contact sport. BB Soccer reserves the right to refuse permission for any child not wearing shin protection to participate. Any participant wearing earrings will need to have these removed prior to attendance or for newly pierced ears they must be covered with appropriate tape or be fitted with a plastic retainer from a reputable jeweller. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the activity being undertaken and weather conditions.

Medical information

Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed

Class Changes

​In the event that BB Soccer has to cancel a BB soccer session for any reason, a credit note for the full value of the booking fee paid will be issued to the person who booked or alternative provisions to stage the activity at another time will be arranged and confirmed to all. If you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time and confirm this to BB Soccer Ltd prior to the date the rearranged activity is to be staged, we will issue a credit note to the full value of the booking fee paid. In the event of inclement weather, all BB Soccer activities have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch, and suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of BB Soccer coaches

Leaving a BB Soccer Session

Any child that is to be collected must be collected by a parent or guardian and such parent or guardian must sign the child out of the activity with a member of BB Soccer. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any session will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the activity.

Complaints

​In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the Head coach at the session. He/she will deal with the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction then please write to our customer services team at info@bbsoccer.co.uk within 7 days of child’s attendance on the session. We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if BB Soccer is proven to be in breach of its Terms & Conditions.

Information

​The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site. These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and BB Soccer. By booking a class with BB Soccer you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions. If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

Booking Fee

A 4.5% additional fee is charged per booking. This is a platform fee taken by class for kids Ltd.

GDPR Law

​BB Soccer is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and we’ll only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you requested from us From time to time, we would like to contact you about our products and services, as well as other content that may be of interest to you.

BB Soccer Football Club

BB Soccer will evaluate your child at the beginning of each season and place them into a team that matches their ability. The judgement is made by BB Soccer coaches whom have no bias to the children. We cannot guarantee that your child will be in the same team for the following season as circumstances in the age group may change.
BB Soccer provide high quality and enjoyable training sessions to all children in the football club but do not guarantee results in league matches that take place on Saturdays and Sundays.

Behaviour management in classes
BB Soccer has the right to suspend or expell a child from their classes for poor behaviour. This judgement is made by the head coach for behaviour that may endanger other children or staff. This also applies to children whom are disruptive in the class.

Special needs in BB Soccer classes
BB Soccer welcome children to a free trial in every class. If we find that your child's special needs are to specific for our class BB Soccer holds right to review your child's membership in the class issuing a refund if we cannot cater to your needs.

Kits
It is mandatory that all children wear BB Soccer kit during our public classes which are not held at a private venue.
