Gary’s Bio Either playing, watching or coaching, football is my undeniable passion that will always play a huge part in my life. Having coached for the past 9 years, I've developed a style that will continuously progress with my desire to learn more and more. However, there are two constants that will always remain. 110% effort in everything we do is non-negotiable. Enjoy learning new things, enjoy finding things hard, all I ask is you give everything you have! The other is keeping possession of the ball. Finding the beauty in how to keep the ball, tire the opposition and break through the lines to eventually put the ball in the back of the net will never fail to mesmerise me in our beautiful game! Please read full post! We are passionate about pa Please read full post! We are passionate about paying Referees the respect they deserve at BB Soccer. We will not tolerate any abuse towards referees and we will not tolerate managers questioning refereeing decisions during or after matches. As a manager or a parent you cannot question a referee’s decision we believe in the motto ‘even when they may be wrong, they are always right’. We let them ref the game as they see fit. All of our referee’s operate independently of the club and are FA Qualified to ensure no bias decision making is made. We have in the past and we will continue to back referees even if it means a temporary suspension of our own players, managers or parents in accordance with the FA disciplinary process. Referees are within their rights to abandon games if they feel they are not being respected. We have a range of experienced referees and newly qualified referees who maybe starting out their refereeing journeys / careers. Grassroots football is the perfect place for a newly qualified referee to gain experience. It’s not the champions league final it’s a Match in a field between two groups of children in your local park or school. Please show the referees the respect that they deserve, please thank them for their time after the game. Matches cannot be played without them. Thankyou parents and managers for the part you play in making grassroots football a fun experience for everyone and teaching our children valuable life lessons about respect and gamesmanship. ❤️⚽️ Club Chairman Ben Boyce
Well Done Aston 👏🏾 We’re super proud that Well Done Aston 👏🏾 We’re super proud that another ex BB Soccer pupil has signed a contract with Crystal Palace. Aston player in our Lions teams for several seasons from aged 4 to 10. Aston’s was mainly taught by Coach Ben and Coach Harry and managed by Simon and Saif ⚽️ Aston is an incredible athlete who possesses a lot of speed and loves a challenge, we can’t wait to see you in the famous blue and red in the future 🦅
Saturday School is back 🎉🥳 We we’re delig Saturday School is back 🎉🥳 We we’re delighted to be back where the it all began today at Oasis Academy Coulsdon in the sports hall. We had over 100 excited children aged between 3-8 years loving playing in the dry and warmth of the sports hall!
Well done to all out of U7s who took part in their Well done to all out of U7s who took part in their first competitive games on Saturday. We have 4 cracking U7 teams this season and we can’t wait to see where we all go on our footballing journey together. Remember have fun that’s all that matters ⚽️
