Our Elite Academy is open to high ability players and is invitation only.

The academy aims to serve highly talented young players and give them the chance to train at a higher intensity and more regularly throughout the week and also offers them the chance to play in exhibition matches against professional academies increasing the chances of being signed or attached to a pro club.

Players will receive x2 high intensity training sessions per week which are mandatory to attend (minimum 70% attendance over course of the season) alongside a free play mid week training session which is optional to attend. BB Soccer Elite players will play in the top leagues of the Epsom and Ewell league giving children the chance to play against high level opposition.

Links with Professional Clubs

Thanks to head coach Ben Boyce's links to academies including Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Brighton and Arsenal the very top players will be given the opportunity to trail at Pro Academies to further their footballing careers.

In the season 2022/2023 we had 7 players sign contracts for Professional Clubs and we cant wait to give more players those opportunity's.

The BB Elite Academy has been something we have viewed as vital in the past few months due to the talent we had in our teams. We identified the importance of having our Academy players go above and beyond with challenging themselves against some of the country's best.

Our Elite Academy philosophy is ensuring our players are getting the best out of themselves and developing at an accelerated rate for their progress. We ensure children are getting the highest quality training visiting a number of key elements in the game through physical, techincal and mental aspects.

Our Elite Academy is invitation only and we will invite children who we feel show true potential in football. We ensure children are getting the highest quality coaching whilst creating the perfect environment for the children to thrive in.

We will review the academy players on a termly basis to ensure we identify their strengths and weaknesses as well as any players looking to break into the academy for their chance at the BB Elite.
